Your stay at the Hotel Arvina in the Dolomites begins with a breakfast buffet filled with home-made, fresh and natural delicacies. We also place great value on the use of local ingredients in preparing your lunch or evening meal in the “Trotzstube”. For example, we make creative use of hay from our mountain pastures in our dishes, eggs come from organic farmers, apples from Val Venosta and we take care to use as much local produce as possible.

You are welcome to follow your own personal rhythm at the Hotel Arvina in the Dolomites. This also applies to your eating habits. We don’t have fixed meal times or prescribed menus, you choose according to your taste and select whatever you fancy from our menu. Our excellent kitchen team are well-versed in conjuring up traditional and Mediterranean dishes to tickle your taste buds. We also have fine wines in our well-stocked wine cellar to serve as the perfect complement to your meal.

Outside guests may eat in the restaurant Wednesdays to Sundays from midday until 2 pm and from 6 to 9 pm.
Our “Trotzstube” restaurant is open to our hotel guests from midday until 2 pm and from 6 until 9 pm.
